Frustration
We made another offer on a different house. We were declined again. Houses in our price range are selling in 3-6 days for full asking price, and buyers are paying closing costs.

Where are you looking? And how are you looking? Do you need help?
We're using a realtor and getting MLS listings for NW OKC, Yukon, and Mustang. We took Mid-Del off the criteria, and Chris doesn't want to live S side or in Moore. Part of the problem is that houses in our range really do sell in 3-6 days. Higher ranges don't generally sell that quickly. So we'll just keep looking. It appears the key is to get to see the house the first day it's listed - that's our goal from now on anyway!
